When reporting a power outage it is very important that you know your map number. Your map number is on your billing statement. When reporting an outage, please report any problems that might have cause the outage. This helps our line crews restore power more quickly.
Sac Osage Electric Cooperative is responsible for service to the meter. Service beyond the meter is the member's responsibility. If a power outage is caused by a problem on the member's side of the meter, there is a $30.00 service charge. After normal working hours, the service charge is $60.00.
