What is AMR? Automatic Meter Reading is a new technology we have installed on our distribution system that helps us maintain reliable electric service to your homes and businesses. This technology also allows us to read your meter via the power lines, so you are no longer required to read your meter each month. This system allows us to read all the meters from headquarters freeing members from the hassle of monthly readings and gives our crews more time to improve the quality of service. The AMR system has helped us quickly locate and check outages. The advantages of the system continue to pile up for our members.

METER TESTS

If you believe your meter is reading incorrectly, please let us know. To assure accuracy of metering equipment, the cooperative will provide one meter test without charge. If a second test is required within a two-year period, a $30.00 charge will be assessed.

DAILY READINGS

If you would like to discuss your usage for the past month or the past several months, please call Aaron Ash, Member Services Rep. He will be happy to look up your daily readings and give you a better idea of how you use your energy.
